... national floral designer Matt Pickworth to our Fifth Anniversary Celebration! We loved having him as a guest for our Spring Fling Spectacular and are thrilled to welcome him back to 2nd Street Interiors.

Matt is an Ohio native, who attended The Ohio State University majoring in Design & Architecture. He interned in Nashville with Opryland USA as a designer with their Cascades division. Matt also owned and operated a high-end design/consulting firm in Ohio.

An award winning Landscape Architect in National Home & Garden Shows, Matt has also appeared as a guest designer on Good Morning America. Currently a Corporate Designer and Special Projects Director for MeraVic, he oversees and executes the design for seven permanent showrooms, along with temporary shows and seminars. Matt is also the design coordinator for projects at the Thunder Valley Casino in Sacramento and the Renaissance Hotel in Dallas as well as thirteen hotel resort chains throughout northern Ohio.

Do you have a floral project that just never turned out right? A wreath you want to rework or a container you want to fill in time for fall or the holidays? Just want some pointers? No matter what your dilemna, when it comes to floral arrangements, no one could be more knowledgeable than Matt.

There will be three hands-on sessions with Matt for tips, pointers and countless techniques that will stay with you long after the session is over. Use the afternoon to spark your creativity in floral arranging. Bring a project to fix or a container to fill and have a ball. Greens, foam, moss and floral picks will be provided with stems available for purchase.

Session space is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your place early. Session times are 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Cost is $25 per person with refreshments served
